[VDE] Sample Hand Improvements (#5917)

* Actually call retranslateUi, add spinBox to change sample hand size, add card size slider.

* Lint.

* Fix include.

* Fix include again.

* Fix overloads.

* Update visual_deck_editor_sample_hand_widget.cpp
