[CI] Retire the old macOS ccache keys from the live list

Browse source 
prune-caches deletes any ccache-* entry whose key is not in
LIVE_CCACHE_KEYS, so the three keys this PR renames would be dropped on
the next master run and every macOS leg would start cold.
