opencode 645d174f18 [CI] Surface sccache backend errors for one run ... Three runs stored 343 entries locally with zero cross-run hits and no sccache-* keys, and IGNORE_SERVER_IO_ERROR swallows the difference between 'backend misconfigured' and 'writes refused by quota'.
