* [Format] Small fixup. * [CardDB] Stop leaking the loader's mutexes. Both mutexes were heap-allocated through default member initializers and never freed, so every CardDatabase destruction leaked 16 bytes. LeakSanitizer flags this while discovering tests that create the database in main.
