BruebachL a1ff047a43 [Protocol] Add alt match evidence and search depth (#7509) ... ServerInfo_UserAlt gains match_reason, depth, and shared_count so moderators can see why an account was flagged and how far it sits from the investigated user. Command_GetUserAlts gains a depth parameter (default 1) for transitive alt-of-alt searches. No behavior change: server still answers depth 1 and leaves the new fields empty until the follow-up server/client layers land.
