Three runs stored 343 entries locally with zero cross-run hits and no sccache-* keys, and IGNORE_SERVER_IO_ERROR swallows the difference between 'backend misconfigured' and 'writes refused by quota'. Drop the flag for a single run so the error string names it; the run may go red, which is itself the answer. Revert after reading.
